Help Heal a Hurting World
Download Mary Ann Lynn's 2010 Lenten calendar, "Help Heal a Hurting World" here. This calendar encourages children to be aware of the abundance they have and to give out of their abundance. It is fabulous and a great tool for adults as well. While the Cathedral (for whom she created it) has designated their offering to ERD this year, you could choose any recipient.

Holy Week Reflections from the Archbishop of Canterbury
The Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams will offer reflections during Holy Week here. The first one is setting the stage into which the Gospel of Mark enters, how a person of that day would have encountered it and heard it, and how it tells that God in Christ is changing everything. A podcast will be available following each lecture.

Searching for God in a the Rubble of Haiti
When disasters occur, many people wonder why did God allow this to happen and some even wonder if God caused it to happen. Others are confident that God doesn’t cause earthquakes, but they don’t know what to say to those people who blame God or they don’t know how to respond to other questions. This guide provides a way for Christians to talk with each other, understand different perspectives and begin to formulate faithful answers that make sense to each individual. There are four basic sessions + two extras that are focused on the crucifixion (where was God in that "disaster"?). There is a youth and adult version (from Leader Resources)
