After ten years of steadfast service, Linda Henry, Esq. will transition from Diocesan Chancellor to Assistant Chancellor, continuing to provide her counsel on topics from her areas of expertise. Her service to the diocese included serving three bishops during an extended period of transition. About Linda, Bishop Kevin said “I give thanks for the ministry of our Chancellor Linda Henry. Her service as Chancellor of the Diocese of Bethlehem began during the provisional ministry of Bishop Sean Rowe, and for the entirety of my episcopate. Linda has been a constant source of insight, clarity and wise guidance over the years. I will miss her good cheer and hopeful confidence in dealing with all matters legal or otherwise. I am thrilled that, although she will be leaving us as Chancellor, she will remain as an Assistant Chancellor. On behalf of the Diocese of Bethlehem, thank you, Linda!“
Wiley Parker, Esq. assumes the role of Chancellor from Linda. Wiley is a practicing attorney and member of the Pennsylvania and Lebanon County Bar Associations. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and The University of Wisconsin Law School. Wiley is active in several community organizations and a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church (Lebanon). Bishop Kevin had this to say about Wiley’s assumption of the Chancellor duties: “I’m so grateful that attorney Wiley Parker has agreed to serve as Chancellor of the Diocese of Bethlehem. His experience and congregational leadership at St. Luke’s in Lebanon provide additional resources to the diocese. Welcome aboard Wiley!“
